20FT Container Standard (used) Construction Grade

Used shipping containers remain the most structurally sound building & storage units available anywhere. Build to be stacked and support loads in excess of 100 tons, our used shipping containers may have dents, scratches, old logos and other marks of their long service, but at ELITE, our containers are inspected to ensure quality with proper doors , seals and a wind & water-tight environment . We grade them based on inspection prior to entry into one of our 3 facilities in Mississauga to ensure they are weather sealed and watertight. Doors are verified to ensure full functionality and solid hardwood floors are guaranteed to withstand their original 60,000lbs payload of interior storage. Construction grade will have a few more patches or dents than a residential grade used container but structurally will be the same. Our dedicated team of professionals will guide you in meeting your requirements for selection , pickup and delivery. We have a friendly support team on site performing modifications (doors, windows etc) when & if that service is required . Note: containers may be of standard height (8’6”) or high cube (9’6”) .
